All these products and more are sourced by In Kind Direct from manufacturers and retailers. They are new products that are often end of lines, in damaged packaging, samples or customer returns.
Products are made available to charities via an online catalogue. All charities pay when ordering goods is a handling charge for our service, which generally equates to around 20% of the retail price and includes delivery to charities’ doors. This contributes to In Kind Direct’s costs, enabling us to source more goods and help even more charities.
